ORGANIC WATER TREATMENT FOR BOILERS

FINEAMIN 06

Polyamines-based film-forming corrosion and scale inhibitor for boilers and closed water systems fed with softened or partially / totally demineralised water
Product description

FINEAMIN 06  is a mixture of volatile, alkalizing & film-forming amines and alkaline dispersing polymers, acting as a corrosion inhibitor in boiler water.

The surface-active polyamines, known as filming amines, enhance the formation of a thin, homogeneous magnetite protection layer with a very stable structure on all metal parts inside the steam generators. This protection layer prevents the contact of the electrolyte with the metal surface without reducing the heat transfer. FINEAMIN 06 protects the whole water-steam cycle, inclusive steam and condensate pipes, due to the high distribution coefficient of the alkalizing components and the volatile amines. For detailed information on FINEAMIN 06 mode of action, please read:

FINEAMIN 06 is mainly used for medium (<120 bar) and low pressure boilers feed water conditioning in power plants, incineration plants, wood factories, food production, hospitals, malls. The polyamines-based product is NSF-certified film-forming corrosion inhibitor and can be used without problems in water treatment for any food processing facilities. NSF certification >>>

FINEAMIN 06 as been independently tested and confirmed as ecologically and toxicologically harmless by medical and hygiene institutes. Furthermore, it is 90% bio-degradable.
Packaging

FINEAMIN 06 is delivered as an all-in-on, filming-amine-based liquid solution in drums of 30kg, 60kg or 210kg. For major customers, it is available in standard containers of 1000kg. In closed drums, with an ambient temperatures from 5°C to 45°C, it can be stored for up to 5 years.
