Product description

FINEAMIN 29  is a highly efficient corrosion and scale inhibitor for closed cooling systems where copper and copper alloys are present. It is used as an all-in-one mixture, primarily based on filming amines, polymers and copper inhibitor, and successfully replaces molybdate-nitrite chemistry.

While, due to its special formula, the blend controls corrosion on metal surfaces, it also cleans and keeps surfaces clean, reduces biocide consume, prevents unplanned downtime and decreases maintenance costs. For more information on our hybrid solutions for cooling systems, please read:

Application & dosage

FINEAMIN 29 is dosed in a non-stoichiometric way, without the need for precise dosing adjustments in response to every minor change in water conditions. It is injected generally in a single point of the plant, using the existing dosing pumps and tanks. The maintenance dosage is established together with our technical team depending on your system parameters.

Packaging

FINEAMIN 29  comes in tightly sealed 30kg, 60kg or 210 kg drums. For high-quantity orders of our water treatment chemicals, products are distributed in 1100 kg net IBC containers. Shell life for FINEAMIN 29: 2 years.
