Specialty Water Treatment Chemicals for Cooling Systems
In the ever-evolving world of industrial cooling systems, maintaining efficiency and longevity is paramount. At the forefront of this mission is our Fineamin range of water treatment chemicals, designed specifically for cooling systems. Our products are engineered to provide superior protection against corrosion, scaling, and biological fouling, ensuring your cooling systems operate at peak efficiency.
What we propose are custom-made, hybrid treatments involving our filming amines, as well as traditional chemicals. Any kind of end-use solutions will be chosen only together with our water treatment specialists and adjusted depending on the treated system parameters.
Cooling Towers
For open evaporation cooling towers, Fineamin includes solutions such as the traditional Fineamin 91 program, which is all organic treatment.
Furthermore, for handling corrosive waters, Fineamin 92 is an example of recommended product as it contains zinc-based chemistry, and may be accompanied by an extra dispersant.
Our alternatives to traditional treatment solutions are Fineamin 47, a special formulation of filming amines for corrosive waters, and 47T, a hybrid blend of filming amines and all organic, no-zinc-based components, where systems allow.
All Fineamin cooling additives, traditional or filming-amine based, are designed to work together with non-oxidizing biocides such as Fineamin Finealga 25, and their formulations can be tailored to the specific requirements of the system.
Closed Cooling Circuits
For closed cooling systems, our range of products includes Fineamin 06. Fineamin 06 comes as a mixture of filming amines, preventing the corrosion of metallic surfaces and scaling.
Should the system include copper components, Fineamin 29 could become the preferred option. This product incorporates filming amines, polymers, and a copper inhibitor, making it a superior alternative to molybdate-nitrite chemistry due to its high efficiency and eco-friendly advantages.
Please do contact us to choose the right product together. Fineamin solutions facilitate easier control of microbiological activity, are simple to apply, and safer due to their non-toxic nature.
While Fineamin products do not promote bacterial growth, they are typically used alongside biocides, such as Fineamin Finealga ME, adjusted directly to the quality of the raw water.
