FILMING AMINES FOR BOILER FEED WATER

FINEAMIN 39

Polyamines-based film-forming corrosion and scale inhibitor for boilers and closed water systems. NSF certified, FDA compliant additive for food processing.
Product description

FINEAMIN 39 is a polyamines and polymers mixture, a derived version of FINEAMIN 06, adjusted as a response to the requests of the Asian market. The proportion of volatile, film-forming amines and dispersing polymers has been changed and adapted especially for steam generating processes in the food industry. The target was a better cost and an improved formula, with this exact application in mind. But depending on the case, it can be used for other kind of industrial applications also.

FINEAMIN 39 protects the whole water-steam cycle by acting as a barrier between water (dissolved oxygen and carryover) and interior surfaces of boiler and pipes. For detailed information on FINEAMIN 39 mode of action, please read:

FINEAMIN 39 is mainly used for general boiler feed water conditioning, boilers up to 100 bar. it complies with the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and all applicable food additive regulations, including applications described in FDA 21 C.F.R. Section 173.310 (‘Boiler water additives’), the concentration of cyclohexylamine being less than 10ppm in steam.

Produced according to the ISO 9001:2015 certificate rule (N° CH07/0061).

FINEAMIN 39 is a readily biodegradable organic polyamines and polymers mixture, with a rate of biodegradability of 90%.
Packaging

FINEAMIN 39 is delivered as an all-in-one liquid solution in drums of 30kg, 60kg or 210kg. For major customers, it is available in standard containers of 1000kg. In closed drums, with an ambient temperatures from 5°C to 45°C, it can be stored for up to 5 years.
