FINEAMIN 47 serves as an effective corrosion and scale inhibitor for cooling towers and open evaporation recirculating systems that use softened or RO permeate water for make-up. It is a revolutionary alternative to the traditional treatment based on polymers and phosphonates, such as Fineamin 91 or Fineamin 92 .

This water treatment chemical, made in Switzerland, is a unique blend of volatile, film-forming polyamines, alongside cleaning polymers. Its surface-active polyamines promote the development of a thin, consistent, and stable protective layer across all metal surfaces. Additionally, its polymers and other ingredients provide outstanding anti-scale performance. FINEAMIN 47 operates efficiently across a wide pH spectrum.

Since FINEAMIN 47 does not contain heavy metals such as phosphate, zinc, chromium, etc., it is not dangerous for the environment and human health and does not require any special treatment in wastewater systems. Moreover, it is more than 90% bio-degradable.

Initial treatment involves shock dosing based on the tower’s volume to fully saturate the system. Subsequently, continuous dosing starts using existing pumps either through the suction line or directly into the tower pool. Effective program control is maintained by monitoring polyamine levels.
